The Watch Tower

Taken on Bossington beach, these war time defences remain, but only just, perched on the shingle bank that makes this such a striking beach.  They are a reminder of the watchmen who stood guard over this land and the watchmen remind us of the prophets in the Bible who were also called watchmen, perhaps too long a role, like this tower, that has been neglected!
